Energyy Saving Opportunities Scheme, applies to all companies with 250 + employees (not necessarily full time) or with a high turnover.  Energy audits have to be carried out by a registered lead assessor and signed off by a company director.  registration of all audits for phase 2 should  be submitted by Dec 5th 2019.  The important thing is that this is an opportunity for companies who haven't thought much about their energy use to save considerably on their fuel bills.
