Tourist Information (at Rowley House, Barker St.) has leaflets for walking along the Rea Brook (countryside close to the town) and the interesting 'Shuts' of the Town. They also organise guided walks (some with special themes!).
Walks are also organised by GP practices under 'Walking for Health' scheme......contact your Medical practice.
